Symptom
OSPF is stuck in mutex when type6 encryption is used with scale sessions
Conditions
OSPF is stuck in mutex when type6 encryption is used with scale sessions
configure type6 encryption
configure key
Assign the key to 22 ospf sessions
OSPF process gets stuck and OSPF sessions doesn't come up
Further Problem Description
the issue is applicable for other routing protocols using type6 encryption
