Symptom
An N9k running affected NXOS releases may have a hap reset on the mld process when processing an SNMP request messages. The SNMP requests have to do with IGNMP snooping information.
Conditions
N9k w/SNMP and IGMP snooping configured, where SNMP is polling information from MLD MIBs. It seems to be rare, but if there are a lot of SNMP requests for the MLD MIBs on a system under high load, it may happen. T
Workaround
he issue will not happen if there are no MLD SNMP requests. When it happens, When we MLD restarts, there may be some interruption to MLD, but the system will recover after a few minutes.
