Symptom
Stuck MTS messages to LC SAP 915 (DC3 Sensor USD).
Conditions
During normal operation. Potentially transceiver with bad optical signal levels might be inserted in one of the ports on the switch.
Workaround
Reload clears the stuck messages from the buffer, however they might continue building on fresh boot, so upgrade to fixed NX-OS release is the recommended action.
