Symptom
Attempting to perform Reset M&T Database via Application configure ise followed by option 4 fails to complete and doesn't reset the monitoring database.
Conditions
Run the following procedure on ISE CLI for a Monitoring node - Reset M&T Database
admin# application configure ise
Selection configuration option
[1]Reset M&T Session Database
[2]Rebuild M&T Unusable Indexes
[3]Purge M&T Operational Data
* [4]Reset M&T Database
