Symptom
C9200-NM-4G doesn't get recognized in a Cat9200 Switch.
When it is removed, it gives the following error :
Jan 21 16:45:48 MST: %PLATFORM_PM-6-FRULINK_UNKNOWN_REMOVED: Unsupported FRU module removed from slot 1

When C9200-NM-4G is inserted in a Cat9200 Switch.
