Symptom
In Cisco IOS XR router, telemetry process might crash when multiple dial out destinations are specified. The problem has higher chance of occurrence when dial out destination is not reachable
Workaround
Have a single dial out destination. Or add the dial out configuration one at a time and wait for the connection to be established
