Symptom
Unable to do portal customization for ?certificate provisioning portal. The option to toggle HTML source not functioning and the preview is showing [404] Resource Not Found for many pages and we are not able to do any javascript manipulations.
Conditions
Portal customization for ?certificate provisioning portal?. We can clearly see this behavior for the pages "change password", "Single and Bulk Certificate Landing", and "Single and Bulk Certificate Status"
