Symptom
ME UI is accessible using "http://ipaddress:446", even if HTTP access is disabled.
If HTTP access is disabled, the software blocks port 80 but the user is able to access ME UI using port 446,
http://10.100.67.11:446
We can also apply configs changes as well.
Conditions
Any COS AP running as ME can hit this issue, if HTTP access is disabled.
