Symptom
When the device is powered up, adding or reinserting a linecard N9K-X9464PX in a Nexus 9500 switch will not be detected, STS led are blinking in amber in the linecards.
Conditions
Adding or reinserting a Line card after the boot up of the Nexus.
There will be no log messages about either LC insertions.
Workaround
+Switchover
+Reload the chassis.
