The packets are transmitted to PC2 via UDP destination port 138 when ACL not enabled.
16.6.7/16.9.4:
The packets are transmitted to PC2 via UDP destination port 138 even if there is ACL enabled.
Conditions
The ACL is enabled on vlan 100.
