Symptom
All the 10G links on C9300-NM-8X module goes down at same time.
Conditions
when tries to insert and remove more than 4 sfp modules multiple times, the spf module will not be identity
and system report error：
- C9300-NM-8X module
- So far observed with SFP-10G SFPs
Workaround
- Reload the switch.
- Reseat of NM module helps to recover
Further Problem Description
All uplink ports on the FRU module will be down "err-disable" state and shut/no shut will not recover the ports
