Symptom
Pushing template from vManage shows error :

Conditions
Will happen when "ip routing" has been manually configured on the cEdge via config-transaction
Workaround
When having console access, wipe the config using command below, however, first make backup of your configuration and remove "ip routing" from it
make backup of your config
request platform software sdwan config reset
reboot and when you get router prompt do pnpa service discovery stop
paste in your backup config
attach template
