2100 upgraded FTD will not re-image to base line FTD version in FPR2100 with the use of 'auto-install' feature.
Symptom
If FPR2100 is updated to patch 6.4.0.4-34' (FXOS 2.6.1.144 included) from the original bundle 6.4.0-102 that includes FXOS 2.6.1.133, and then 'auto-install' is used in FXOS to revert back to the base image version (6.4.0-102), it is observed that FXOS will be reimage to 2.6.1.133 as expected, but FTD will remain with the patch version 6.4.0.4-34.
Conditions
Use of 'auto-install' feature to revert back to original base line FTD bundle version in FPR2100 when a FTD patch is installed.
Workaround
After the auto-install, perform an 'erase configuration' from 'connect local-mgmt'
Further Problem Description
FTD will not reimage to base version in the original bundle packet of a FPR2100 as expected, but FXOS will.
