Symptom
ISE Disk Space Utilization alarms
Application server fails to run on restart or reload. Process status displays 'not running'.
From the CLI, command:
show logging application | i localhost
Will show files of type:
8635062544 Aug 19 2019 10:19:36 appserver/localhost.2019-08-19.log
Filesize is the leftmost column and it displays the filesize in bytes. Filesize will be greater than 500 Mb.

Workaround
- Go to administration --> maintenance --> operational data purging --> purge all data
- re-install ISE
- Contact TAC to remove the files manually.
