Workaround
Step 1.
Ensure that the PFM CPI alarm is cleared before we move to the next step.
Step 2.

fill -l 0xa2231188 0x4 0x0c0c0e0e
Note:
Fix has a short life span (Reset/reload/power cycle) of the card, so you may need to reapply it after the reload/reset above steps to be repeated for each exhibiting RSP card.
The workaround suggested above have some limitation and may not work all the time.
