Symptom
Messages of Power supply faulty and Recovered from sustained overload condition might be seen on the console:
*Jul 30 17:29:27.739 PDT: %PLATFORM_FEP-1-FRU_PS_SIGNAL_FAULTY: Switch 1: signal on power supply A is faulty
*Jul 30 17:30:09.195 PDT: %PLATFORM_FEP-1-FRU_PS_SUSTAINED_OVERLOAD_RECOVERY: Switch 1: power supply
Do "show environment power all" showing the supply Overload status

Conditions
The messages might display on the console when:
1) After WS-C3850-12X48U-E or WS-C3850-24XU-E boot up
2) Or perform shut/no shut on a range of interfaces
Workaround
1) The supply will self-recover in few seconds when happening after boot up
2) The supply might be in loops of Faulty state and Recovered from sustained overload condition when happening after doing shut/no shut on a range of interfaces. Need to reload the switch to recover.
