Symptom
show config changes diff displays inaccurate report for the config being changed if host configuration has access list or router policy configuration.
Conditions
Seen only with access list, route policy, prefix set configruation
Further Problem Description
Impacted release 5.X 6.X all IOS-XR platforms as defect is in platform independent code. It is show command in config submode to view the diff between target and running configuration 'show configuration changes diff', no traffic impact.
This command is used when user wants to trigger a commit replace operation to make sure what config is added/modified/deleted.
