Switch C9200L expirience silent reloads with no core or crashinfo file generated.
There is no information in tracelogs regarding reason of why the issue happened.
Reload reason is given as 'Power Failure or Unknown"

It was seen in 16.9.x, 16.11.1 software versions.
Conditions

++ Catalyst 9200L standalone or in stack.
++ Seen on versions 16.9.3, 16.10.1 and 16.11.1.
++ Have PoE.
++ Last reset reason has to be "reason unknown" or "bad pointer allocator 0XF"
++ No crashinfo/core file/trace archive/system report is generated.
