Tortin router is continuous booting after enabled "hw-module profile segment-routing srv6 encapsulation traffic-class propagate" command followed by reload location all command.

Workaround
To stop continuous booting, unconfigure "hw-module profile segment-routing srv6 encapsulation traffic-class propagate" command
