Symptom
FMC failed to validate the AMP for network cloud certificate with error messages SSL_connect: xxxxxxxx: error:14090086:SSL routines:ssl3_get_server_certificate:certificate verify failed.
"Unable to connect to cloud" Alert on FMC
Conditions
FMC was upgraded to 6.3.0.2 or above and upgrade failed once.
Further Problem Description
Captures to cloud-sa.amp.cisco.com indicate FMC rejecting the server cert with Description: Unknown CA (48)
