Symptom

High Temperature returned for Catalyst switches when the inlet temperature is negative

Conditions

Snmp walk output returns high values and indicates that the temperature censor is not functional if the inlet temperature is a negative value. SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.9.9.13.1.3.1.2.1006 = STRING: "Switch 1 - Temp Sensor 0, NOT FUNCTIONING " -> Wrong Value SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.9.9.13.1.3.1.2.1007 = STRING: "Switch 1 - Temp Sensor 1, GREEN " SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.9.9.13.1.3.1.3.1006 = Gauge32: 255 -> Returns 255 instead of -1 SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.9.9.13.1.3.1.3.1007 = Gauge32: 6
