Symptom
When Cat3650 or Cat3850 or Cat9300 is configured for Flexible NetFlow [FNF] and has flow record with TCP flags as non key field [collect transport tcp flags] it will not export TCP flags properly as part of the flows.
Netflow collector will show no TCP flags.
Conditions
t3650 // Cat3850 // Cat9300
FNF flow record with "collect transport tcp flags" command
Workaround
upgrade to the fixed release
16.06.07 and later
16.09.04 and later
16.12.01 and later
