Symptom

ITD vip route is not getting redistributed via routing protocols when VIP advertise options are selected and static route re-distribution is enabled.

Conditions

ITD VIP is configured with advertise enable or advertise enable active options. Local route is created but is not re-distributed.

Workaround

Remove advertise options from ITD service. Enable the service. Configure static routes for the VIP manually and enable re-distribution for static routes. Note that the route would continue to be advertised irrespective of service being enabled/disabled or ingress interface states and the user would need to manually intervene to remove this when not needed. Additionally in case the routes need to be advertised based on L4 reachability of the ITD nodes, SLAs and tracks should be manually created and used in the static routes to ensure route withdrawal when L4 reachability fails.
