Symptom
When ISE client provisioning policies have Cisco temporal agent as a result and AnyConnect is already installed on the endpoint, AnyConnect will display the following message:
Bypassing AnyConnect scan your network is configured to use Cisco NAC agent.
Posture assessment never triggers
Cisco NAC agent is not part of the policies.
The error message should be something related to CIsco temporal agent instead of NAC
Conditions
Running ISE 2.4 patch 5 and AnyConnect version 4.6.02074
When having Cisco temporal Agent as result of client provisioning policy, and AnyConnect is already installed on the endpoint
Workaround
Configure the AC profile and use it as a result.
