Symptom
SIP-Notify/KPML to RTP NTE interworking scenario fails intermittently.
During the successful attempt the marker bit is set to true , rest of the unsuccessful attempt the marker bit is set false.
The issue remain the same with (RFC4733) and without (RFC 2833), "dtmf-interworking standard" command .
As per the design, for dtmf-interworking standard, marker bit should be set for first packet only. Periodic keep alive of NTE packet with incremental duration of 400 followed by 3 Dtmf end packets need to be sent.
