Symptom
Copy image from device flash to SFTP server fails, saying:
%Receive target file path existence status cannot be determined: /swimfiles/dcecae9b-3529-4d8e-9136-

This issue could also affect SCP file transfers as follows:
2M_Vore#copy scp://X.X.X.X:/swimfiles/c6fba57a-3811-4a66-8155-33606350e9c4/file-transfer-check.tmp null:

Password:
% Password: timeout expired!
%Error opening scp://*@X.X.X.X/swimfiles/c6fba57a-3811-4a66-8155-33606350e9c4/file-transfer-check.tmp (Unknown error 0)
ROUTER#copy running-config scp:
Address or name of remote host []? X.X.X.X
Destination username [r608475]? bcan_user
Destination filename [ROUTER-confg]?
Writing ROUTER-confg
%Error writing scp://*@X.X.X.X/ROUTER-confg (Unknown error -1)
Workaround
Upgrade to a known fixed release or use other protocol to transfer files.
Further Problem Description
Since Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) software image management (SWIM) uses SCP to transfer files , image distribution could fail to affected devices. Use HTTPS instead to transfer files to them.
