Symptom

BCM entry removed for neighbor IP of an L3out if a VM duplicates the IP and send data frames out to fabric sourced with neighbor IP.

Conditions

- 'limit IP learning to subnet' not enabled in BD - GEN 1 leaf

Workaround

To avoid: enable 'limit IP learning to subnet' flag Workaround: Reconfigure the L3 interface / SVI connecting to the neighbor
