Symptom

Issue is seen on ISR4K where L7 header for SIP trying message sent from SBC to PBX fails to get translated.

Conditions

Issue is seen by replaying customer sip messages.

Workaround

None, issue is seen on latest polaris 16.6.4 and 3.16.4d
