Symptom
Enhancement bug for the cfs clis to DMEized (Data Management Engine)
No functional changes.
The configs can be now enabled form REST/POST.

Workaround
No workaround to avoid the CFS reboot (core files generated).
It was verified the issue is patched from 9.3(6) and higher.
Further Problem Description
Configuration that is being DMEized:
[no] "cfs" ipv4 mcast-address
[no] "cfs" ipv6 mcast-address
Additionally, beside of adding new DME changes, this bug fixes crash issue related to CFS process:
%SYSMGR-2-SERVICE_CRASHED: Service "cfs" (PID 123456) hasn't caught signal 11 (core will be saved).
