SXP connection between ISE and IOS Devices stuck in DeleteHoldDown state
Conditions
Scenario 1: Peer deletion on switch:
Show cts sxp connection brief: Speaker (ON), Listener (Pending ON)
SXP device status on ISE: Pending ON
Scenario 2: SXP peer deletion on ISE: Status remain ?Pending_ON? on the ISE.
Scenario 3: Restart SXP service: SXP device status remained ?Pending ON?
Further Problem Description
Lack of connectivity between ISE and switch which stops them to renegotiate a connection
