Symptom

ISE throws an error (HTTP response code ?400 ? Bad Request?) when logging out of the Sponsor Portal. To reproduce the error follow these steps: - Open the Sponsor Portal - Change the width of the browser window to a minimum so ISE changes to a mobile view (see screenshot "Logout") - Logout of the Sponsor Portal - Browser shows HTTP response code ?400 Bad Request? (see screenshot "ErrorMessage) We were able to reproduce this error across 2 ISE deployments with different browsers (Firefox, Chrome) on ISE 2.3 patch 5. On ISE 2.3 patch 3 we could not reproduce this error.
