Conditions
Sometimes due to conflicting IP address assignments we are seeing crash in fman-rp while accessing framed-route list. The conflicting IP address may be seen as a route constantly flapping.
Workaround
Locate what IP addresses are causing the conflict and fix it, this will prevent crash from happening again.
