Symptom
A VPC leg will go down after upgrade due to a type 1 inconsistency due to a native vlan mismatch even though native vlans are matching on both vpc devices, below is an example of what is seen.

Conditions
Issue occurs after after an upgrade from 6.0(2)U6(6) to 7.0(3)x
Workaround
Flap the port-channel on the switch which has the Native Vlan showing as 0 to bring up the vpc on both switches.
