Symptom

On 9500 "Switch View" section in the Web IU is not supported. Switch View menu may be displayed as result of the defect and it may causes the issue with authentication with Web UI.

Conditions

All 9500 running 16.9.1 and 16.9.2 Switch configured for "ip http authentication local"

Workaround

configure "no ip http server" and then "ip http server", hit refresh on your browser. The user now may be able to login. The problem will reappear after some time.
