Symptom

After upgrade (ISSU or Disruptive upgrade) to 7.3(3)N1(1) traffic may become slow and applications will complain of timeouts

Conditions

Nexus 5600 or 6000 family switch, upgrading to 7.3(3)N1(1)

Workaround

Shut / no shut the vlan interface of the affected vlan . or Upgrade to a fixed release
