Symptom
With 3700 in flex+bridge mode & flex arp-cache enabled(which is default on 8.8), Downstream traffic test fails from infra wired client to wgb wired client

flex arp-cache enabled(which is default on 8.8)
Workaround
Disable flexconnect arp-cache
Further Problem Description
IOS Root-AP Used: 3700 in flex+bridge mode
VLAN Used: WLC, AP, WLAN, wired client are on same management vlan
Issue Faced:
With flex arp-cache enabled(which is default on 8.8), root ap fails to respond arp for wgb wired client behind 3802 WGB.
Thus, Downstream traffic test fails from infra wired client to wgb wired client
Kind Note:
With CSCvj95744 & CSCvk70454 fix for flexconnect mode, issue faced is not seen for flexconnect mode local switch/auth wlan. Similar fix needs to be done for flex+bridge mode as well.
