Symptom
A Nexus 3500 Series Switch may fail to bring up a monitor session with error reason "No hardware resource" after state change of the monitor session. This will commonly be seen on reload when multiple monitor sessions come up, but may also be triggered by any condition in which the monitor session goes up or down.
