Symptom
Using install replace CLI with a GISO is not allowed if there are superseded SMU's existing
Conditions
This may occur on an ncs5500 running IOS XR Software in version 6.3.3
Workaround
Deactivate the superseded SMU's then proceed with using install replace to install a GISO image. Note the deactivation of superseded SMU's will reload the XR LXC.
