The ASR920 includes an SD Card, when information is read or write into the card and there is a disconnection with the SD host controller we trigger the error. The ASR920 has to have the affected Linux Kernel version installed.
A reload alleviates the unresponsive state and physical reload is most workable approach
This is a bug in the Linux Kernel, the following documentation includes the details on the fix: 1)Errata - eSDHC 5 / A-008358 2)Errata - eSDHC9 / A-005055 3)Errata - A-009204 4)Errata - eSDHC 7 Cisco integrated the fixed Linux Kernel in version 16.9.3 and newer.
