Symptom
Most of the calls around 30 % of outbound calls are getting dropped with " Cause i = 0x80AF - Resource unavailable, unspecified" and Cause 47
The call flow:

Initially all the calls which will try to use a particular channel say 26 will fail. Slowly , this will spread to other channels. I have noticed a list of 3 to 4 channels unusable in customer setup
I have checked that there is no hung DSPs / FPI or any other resources.
The Channels are free and there is literally noting stuck.
From the logs , looks like the issue is between CDAPI and TSP Layer.

High PRI call volume .
Some TDM-Hairpin call flows.
Workaround
1. Use "no local-bypass" under the voice-card
eg,
voice-card 0/4
no local-bypass
2. Reset the DSPs by reloading the NIM module
hw-module sub 0/4 reload
