Symptom
Impacts 6.5.1.
If running configuration has "password6 aes encryption" and macsec keychain password6 keys,
Then Commit replaces and rollback configuration will fail with verify errors from macsec password6 keys
Conditions

Workaround
After commit replace ,
apply "password6 aes encryption" before doing rollback
