Symptom
When the proxy is configured on FMC all HTTP/HTTPS traffic from the Management interface of FMC is directed to the proxy. With this enhancement, we would add a proxy bypass list. That would enable the administrator to exclude some addresses (for example, Cisco Smart Software Manager satellite) from redirection to the proxy.
Conditions
FMC is configured to use customer-provided proxy for internet bound traffic, and Cisco Smart Software Manager is not reachable via that proxy.
Workaround
Below workaround can be applied from FMC 6.7.0 and above.
Bypass proxy for Smartlicense requests can be achieved running the "troubleshoot_smartlicense.pl" utility script in FMC and option 4 & 5 has to be used to enable/disable the proxy bypass.
