Symptom

When using N7K as LISP XTR, after user remove a VRF, lisp map-cache display a EID address has no-route.

Conditions

It happens when user has vrf leaking or user has a static route.

Workaround

User can clear underlay routing table. or - shut and no shut egress interface of the locator. or - remove ip lisp locator-vrf and lisp instance-iid, then add back in the same order
