Symptom
1) Install 2.2 Patch 9 (ise-patchbundle-2.2.0.470-Patch9-235048)
2) Create Internal user or use external AD user
3) Navigate to Work Centers > Posture > Client Provisioning > Client Provisioning Portal
4) Click on Portal test Url
5) Try Sign On with internal user and password
6) when click on Sign On button Showing "Error Loading Page"
