Symptom

A VPN endpoint shows different MAC addresses as the endpoint ID in the authentication report from that in posture report.

Conditions

Remote Access VPN access Endpoints with multiple interfaces (e.g. one wired and one wireless)

Workaround

Manually disable the NIC which is not in use.
