Symptom

Tx Power of SFP-10G-LR on C9300-NM-8X can't turn off even though a interface is down.

Conditions

This happens on only 16.8.1a

Workaround

There is no temproy workaround at this time. This symptoms doesn't happen under 16.6.x. Please downgrade if you need to fix that.
