Symptom
max value is "ip rsvp bandwidth" is 10GE even for 100GE interfaces
Conditions
On 100GE interface (SPA or EPA)
Workaround
ip rsvp bandwidth percent 100
Further Problem Description
The workaround is NOT acceptable since an OBS tool is polling the expected CLI (ie, "ip rsvp bandwidth ")
