Workaround
Manually change the FEC mode under the interface for 25G ports having different cable length
Further Problem Description
FEC mode for 25G capable ports
CA-25G-L = 5M or Greater - fec cl91 (Not available in auto today)
CA-25G-S = from 3M but under 5M and will use fec cl74
CA-25G-N = under 3M no FEC
