Symptom
IPv6 link local address is missing for LDP IPv6 interface; hence, LDP IPv6 session cannot be established.
Conditions
LDP is using dual-stack (both IPv4 and IPv6 configured) so LDP prefers IPv6 session over IPv4. Interfaces are configured with IPv6. Also, one or several of IPv6 interfaces are failing to get query results from IM. This results all other interfaces to get query results from IM.

Workaround
shut interfaces that are failing to get query results from IM
