Symptom

Incoming calls from PSTN through e-SRST router fails when ephone-dn is configured with "shared line sip" Call flow : PSTN--PRI- eSRSTGW--SIP/H323--CUCM

Conditions

If calls come to a dn with "shared line sip", GW is not matching outbound dial-peer and sending call to CUCM. This happens when incoming called number(DID) match with ephone-dn number

Workaround

Use translation in CUCM or GW so that dn on IP phone is different from DID. Or remove "share line sip" from ephone-dn
